Preventative Maintenance 1 (423438)
Performed on an unsuppressed upper after 5,000 rounds (2,500 for suppressed or select fire shooting) or when the firearm exhibits degraded or poor ejection patterns. This kit includes:
- Ejector spring (423409)
- Extractor spring (423412)
- Ejector retaining pin (423402)
Note: The ejector retaining pin should be discarded once removed and should not be reused.
Preventative Maintenance 2 (423439)
Performed on an unsuppressed upper after 10,000 rounds (5,000 for suppressed or select fire shooting) or when the firearm exhibits degraded or poor ejection patterns (assuming Spring Replacement service has been completed). This kit includes:
- Ejector spring (423409)
- Extractor spring (423412)
- Ejector retaining pin (423402)
- Firing pin spring (423403)
- Bearing retainer ring (423407)
- Three (3) bearings (423400)
Note: The ejector retaining pin should be discarded once removed and should not be reused.
